Return & Exchange Policy

When you purchase from OnlineOfficeMax.com, you can be confident that you will receive premium quality, factory-sealed products. In the event you are not satisfied with the quality and performance of the product you purchased, you may select to have the product replaced or to receive a full refund (less shipping $6.95 or shipping cost on the invoice whichever is greater, and the unit price is based on the invoice we issued to you) of the purchase price.


To get authorization, please complete the RMA form and call 1-408-847-2221 to contact our Customer Support Representative either send it to rma@OnlineOfficeMax.com or fax to 1-408-762-2938. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please note that we have 365 days warranty on item(s) purchased from OnlineOfficeMax.com and any request made after the warranty has expired unfortunately will not be fulfilled. The warranty starts from the original ship date.

Pack items securely and write your name and the RMA number on the RMA form, located on your left, and attach to the outside of the package. We recommend using carriers like UPS or FedEx because they provide tracking numbers. If you send the package through US mail, please use the Delivery Confirmation service. Customers are responsible for the secure return of merchandise and for return shipping charges. OnlineOfficeMax.com will not be responsible for packages lost by the carrier.

In order to keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to issue a refund for any return postage. You will be responsible to return any item(s) back to us at your cost for us to process your request for either a refund or exchange. Note: 25% restocking fee will apply if you return promotion items. Once we receive your package, we will ship replacements within one to two days. Refunds require up to one week to process. Packages returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays beyond the 7-14 business days. We will not notify you when a credit is issued to your account, so please check your credit card statement for confirmation. Return merchandise as soon as possible. Unused RMA numbers are voided after 30 days. Undelivered Products: A 15 business day waiting period is required before any product shall be resent at the discretion of OnlineOfficeMax.com - OnlineOfficeMax.com will re-send the package, no refund will be issued.
