asked that this shipment be sent to my daugher in the military(Germany)
and there was an error and it went to my name at her address.
The military will not deliver it to her with a different last
name on it, even though the address is right. I gave them her
name and address when I placed the order and even had the gentleman
who helped me read it back to be sure it was correct. Somehow,
it was later sent to the wrong name. I believe your customer
service has been very apologetic but I am still waiting for
it to be shipped back to you, to have it resent to her. She
was in need of it the week I ordered it so needless to say the
delay is unfortunate. How quickly this is resolved will decide
if I order from your business again. |
